We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 011 268 0443. Appointments are subject to availability. It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let our Salon Manager know when booking your appointment.
Can't make it? Running late?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 20%. When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that time slot exclusively yours. If you arrive late to your appointment you can either have your service in the time remaining or reschedule. If you choose to have your service in the time remaining, you will be charged the full service fee. If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original reserved service fee.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
We have manicures available for under 13’s and they are more than welcome to join in on the salon experience.
